Remove and install valve springs with the heads on or off the engine. Makes valve spring changing quicker and easier than conventional methods. Fits 3/8'' and 7/16'' rocker studs. Handles 1'' - 2'' diameter springs.
Press down to compress coil spring, then remove valve keepers and release slowly.
