Allows the crankshaft pulley & harmonic balancer bolt to be broken loose. Includes tool necessary to properly counter the rotation of the crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer during removal and reinstallation of crank bolt.
Secures the pulley in place not allowing it to rotate during removal and reinstallation of crank bolt. Specially designed to work on 1990 & newer Honda, Acura models & Honda civic 1980 & newer models.
